At Geen Shop, we believe every plant deserves to thrive in its new home. While we take utmost care in selecting and shipping our plants, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your green companion arrives damaged or isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to help make it right.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt of your order. Please inspect your plants upon arrival and contact us promptly if any issues arise.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the plant(s) in question.
  2. Get Approval: Our plant specialists will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship Back: Once approved, carefully package the plant using the original packaging if possible. Include your order number on the return label.
  4. Receive Refund/Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll process your refund or ship your replacement.

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as the return process. Please indicate in your email which plant you’d like to exchange for.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of our plants, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable items that have been planted or show signs of decline due to environmental factors
  • Seasonal plants that are past their viable planting window
  • Custom or special order items
  • Plants that have been damaged due to improper care or handling after delivery
