We are proud to ship our plants globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions). Our goal is to get your new green companions to you as safely and quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are carefully hand-picked and packaged by our specialists. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your shipment is dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): We ship via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. This option costs $12.95 and is ideal for those who want their plants a little faster.
  • Free Shipping (15-25 Business Days): For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. This economical option ensures your plants are delivered safely, though transit times are slightly longer.

Please note: All delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance and weather conditions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We believe every plant deserves to thrive in its new home. While we take the utmost care in selecting and shipping our plants, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your plant arrives damaged or isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to help.

Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. Please inspect your plants immediately upon arrival and contact us promptly if any issues arise.

The Return/Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and clear photos of the plant(s) in question.
  2. Get Approval: Our plant specialists will review your request and provide specific return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship Back: Once approved, carefully repackage the plant using the original packaging if possible. Please write your order number on the return label.
  4. Receive Refund/Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will promptly process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement plant.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was a result of our error.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our plants, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Perishable items that have been planted or show signs of decline due to environmental factors (e.g., incorrect watering, sunlight, or temperature).
  • Seasonal plants that are past their viable planting window.
  • Custom or special order items.
  • Plants that have been damaged due to improper care or handling after delivery.

Based on our product menu, this policy particularly applies to perishable and seasonal items like Fruit Trees (Apple, Avocado, Cherry, Citrus, Banana), Berry Bushes (Blackberry, Blueberry), and other living plants that require specific care once unpacked.
